Taking care of their own for 90 years, the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation perpetuates the memory of Will Rogers through the work of its three unique programs: the Will Rogers Institute, Brave Beginnings and the Pioneers Assistance Fund. The Pioneers Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting the people who make movie going possible, from behind‑the‑scenes workers to movie theater employees and their families. Through financial assistance, counseling, and health education, they provide a safety net for industry members facing accident, illness, injury and life-altering events.
